As an entrepreneur, organizational consultant, and four times bestselling author, I’m committed to help professionals boost their results in a truly robust and reinvigorating way.

I grew up in a small town, in a small business family. My parents would walk down the street waving to people, would donate to local causes, and attend community events. They were known for treating our staff well and spending their money in the community. I learned the importance of being connected to one another in a truly authentic way.

When I finished my degree in Honors Political Science, I thought I wanted to begin studying law. Then I realized that the courses that I was most most looking forward to were in conflict resolution - which was to be one course in the entire program. I was passionate about making a positive difference with folks. I chose to complete a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management.

As I’ve moved through life… as a mediator, coach, speaker, author, restaurateur… what gives me the most juice is knowing that I’ve contributed to bringing joy into others’ lives. It’s a privilege and a true pleasure.
